Prices and Packages
Session Prices
The sessions I offer are from 60 to 90 minutes, allowing ample time for successful therapy. I generally charge £60 per session, which is an extremely competitive price. You can be confident that you will receive compassionate and expert care, and that I will endeavour to make therapy as brief as possible while still ensuring lasting and exceptional results. Update - at present, due to high levels of demand, I am mostly not accepting new clients, however if you have an issue with smoking or public speaking/confidence in specific situations and live within a 5 or 6 mile radius, please call, these are generally one session therapies and I'm sure I can fit you in!
One-Session Therapies
There are a number of problems that can be overcome in just one session - these extremely brief therapies include:
·Stopping smoking
·Exam and test fear elimination, including driving test nerves
·Confidence boosts for public speaking and other performances
·Motivation boosts, including athletic/sporting performance enhancement
·Simple habit breaking, for example, nail-biting and chocolate addiction
·Stress reduction and help with sleeping
These are all just £60 with the exception of the Stop Smoking Program which is £90, and is based upon Terence Watts' award-winning Easy Quit Smoking program. You'll make the price of the therapy back within a month by saving on cigarettes, and the benefits to your health and appearance are immediately apparent.
Crash Confidence Course Package
The confidence course usually takes 4-5 sessions of clinical work and is completely tailored to whatever you need, at the price of £200 for 4 or £220 for 5 sessions.
Corporate Stop Smoking and Stress Relief
If you would like me to come to your place of business and run either individual or group sessions, with two weeks' notice I can be hired for days or half-days. For a day I charge £240 and for a half-day, £150 (a full day is generally for 7-8 hours and a half day is 4 hours). If the business is located more than one hour travel time away, only the full day is available.
Payment Options
Payment can be made in cash or by personal cheque. It is not necessary to pay for any therapy in advance with these methods. Simply pay me at the beginning or end of each session. If for some reason you need to cancel a session, please do so no less than 24 hours before it is due to take place.
You can also pay by card via the secure Paypal system familiar to many, and you don't need a Paypal account. If this is your preferred method, please make payment in advance of the sessions, and just email me very briefly to let me know you've paid so I can confirm it went through. Use the payment buttons below or on the specific pages where you see them.
One-to-One Session - £61.50 (card charge included) - 80-90 minutes, in person.
Stop Smoking Session - £92 (card charge included) - 90 minutes in person.
Webcam service - £30.99 to book an hour slot;

(Location ps. Ok, so those of you who know me know that I practice hypnotherapy in Ashford, Middlesex, which is 5 minutes up the A30 from Staines.
